At Niki’s Art, every product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

No Returns or Refunds

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

• Each piece is individually handmade, so minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur.
• These variations are a natural part of handmade products and add to their uniqueness.
• They are not considered defects.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We take great care in packaging, but in the rare case that:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong item
